About Our Bakery
Started as a wholesale and pop-up fresh market bakery, we now bring our passion for baking to the community through our bakery café. Arthur Bakery mixes traditional Brazilian recipes with old artisan French techniques, creating unique and individually hand-crafted breads and pastries.
Every item is carefully crafted following traditional production methods. We offer a selected variety of artisan breads, pastries and soft buns - all made of the finest ingredients, with no artificial preservatives.
Our mission is to use old artisan techniques with a modern design to create delicious pastries and savory treats that bring joy to the homes and hearts of Perth.
Arthur Manali
Meet Arthur Marchini Manali, the creative force behind our artisan bakery. Born in Brazil with Italian and Spanish heritage, Arthur has always had a passion for the culinary arts. After studying hospitality in Brazil, he moved to Australia in 2010 to pursue his passion for baking and pastry. Since then, he's worked tirelessly to perfect his craft, learning from some of the top bakeries in Perth and honing his skills in the kitchen. Now, with his own artisan bakery, Arthur is excited to share his passion for baking with the community.
